BREAKING : Complete lockdown in Uttar Pradesh from Friday evening, will continue till Tuesday morning

News agency ANI (Uttar Pradesh) tweeted this. The tweet said, ‘There will be a complete lockdown in the state this time from Friday evening to 6 am on Tuesday. The decision was made in the current Covid situation.

In the last 24 hours, the number of new cases in Uttar Pradesh is 29,624, which is the highest in a single day. So far, the total number of infected people in this state is 11 lakh 82 thousand 648. 26 people have died in the last 24 hours. As a result, the total number of deaths in the Yogi kingdom has reached 11,943. At present, the number of active patients in Uttar Pradesh is 3 lakh, 41 people.
Earlier this week, Yogi Adityanath said the lockdown would continue in Uttar Pradesh until further notice. Night curfew was going on there before him. In other words, the ban was gradually increased in Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier, the Allahabad High Court had reprimanded the government over the Corona situation in Uttar Pradesh. Strict restrictions should be imposed in five states of the state, Allahabad, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur and Gorakhpur, by April 28. However, the Supreme Court issued a stay on that order.
