Several media outfits like Quint, Altnews has published reports stated no protestors remove Indian tricolour flag. Twitter is also sending this report to his all users. But it turns out to be a false claim. So-called protestors removed Tricolour flag from Red fort.

In this video, this is showed that a protestor climbed up to the roof and threw the national flag. There is another video where the national flag was disrespected by protestors.
Now, talking about Khalistan flag was hoisted or not, let's look at some facts about -
The Nishan Sahib is a Sikh holy triangular flag made of cotton or silk cloth, with a tassel at its end. The word, Nishan means symbol, and the flag is hoisted on a tall flagpole

Nishan Sahib flag should be triangular. Now let's see another footage of the protest.
In this video, a rectangle-shaped yellow coloured flag was waived along with National flag. Protesters were seen chanting 'Raj karega khalsa'. Certainly, this footage is from Red fort. Though that picture isn't clear, we can see this is not Nishan sahib flag. It's probably a Khalistan flag. So we can confirm protestors did remove the national flag from Red fort and waived Khalistan flag.
