Pakistan's intelligence agency Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) is engaged in efforts to carry out a major terrorist incident in India. Its target is the train going to Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. These trains are very crowded. Therefore, ISI has conspired to blast these trains through the timer, so that the loss of life and property is more. This was revealed on Tuesday when a departmental letter of Bihar Railway Police came into the hands of Dainik Bhaskar.

It is written in this letter that how ISI has hatched a conspiracy to carry out terrorist incidents. In fact, after the parcel blast at Darbhanga station on June 17, the most dreaded conspiracy in the inquiry conducted by the Bihar Railway Police and then by other investigating agencies is the bomb blast in the moving train.

According to the letter from Bihar Railway Police, Pakistan's ISI has offered a bomb with a timer to its sleeper cell in Punjab. It is instructed to connect the wires and attach the bomb to the finished train. The bomb has been asked to be planted in the train in which labourers from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh travel. It is written in the letter that law and order can be disturbed by targeting the workers.

The security of Patna Junction has been increased following the orders issued by the Railway Police Headquarters. Here the security is tight. Continuous patrolling is being done inside and outside the station with the help of a dog and bomb squad. Each passenger's bag is being checked. Every area of the station is being closely monitored through electronic surveillance and CCTV. Passengers alighting from trains are also being checked. A team of Railway Police has been deployed in civil dress inside the moving trains.

With this, every single bag of parcels and railway mail service arrived by train has been checked. Passengers have been appealed not to touch any suspicious object inside the station or train. As soon as it is seen, the Railway Police or RPF has been asked to inform about it.

Just after the arrest of two terrorists in Lucknow, the strings of the plan to bomb the trains of Bihar are being linked to the parcel blast at Darbhanga railway station on June 17. Imran Malik and Mohammad Nashir Khan, who was arrested from Hyderabad by the National Security Agency (NIA) in this blast, were ISI terrorists. Both were residents of Kairana in the Shamli district. Two of his associates Kafeel and Salim have also been caught from Kairana by taking clues from their WhatsApp messages.

Imran had informed his Pakistani master and ISI handler, Imran Kana, through WhatsApp about the receipt of the parcel and the completion of the blast mission. A huge quantity of IED bomb-making material was recovered from Imran and Nashir's house. This time IED bomb-making material was also recovered from the house of Ansar Gajwatul Hind terrorist Minhaj and Masiruddin alias Musheer, who was arrested from Lucknow. It is believed that this time too the Pakistani agent Imran Kana is none other than the one sending the message to the terrorist of Punjab.
